Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before our daily cut-off ship the same business day. You’ll receive tracking confirmation as soon as your order leaves our facility. Browse the Atlas Biologics catalog, select your compound and quantity, and add it to your cart. Checkout is handled securely through our store — you’ll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no external branding. Lyophilized compounds are packed with appropriate cold-chain materials to maintain integrity in transit.

Domestic Delivery

Standard domestic delivery: 2–5 business days. Expedited options available at checkout.

Returns Policy

Quality Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the purity standard documented on your COA, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly — including replacement or refund where appropriate.

General Returns

Due to the nature of biological research compounds, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used product. Unopened orders may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery — contact our team to initiate.
